Summer Reading Program at the Utica Library:

• Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 pm
• Grades: 3rd to 6th 
• Up to 40 students
• Parents/ guardians will need to sign up and complete registration forms.

July 29, 30, & 31, 2024 - Healthy Eating & Mindfulness

Urban Leadership Institute (ULI) Week

• Location: TBD based on field trips
• Days: August 19 to 23, 2024
• Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Ages: 13 and older who are currently enrolled at school in Oneida, Herkimer, Madison counties. 
• Snacks and lunch will be provided. 

Learning ways to become a leader in the community.  Developing team building and leadership skills.  ULI application will need to be completed. If accepted, you will receive a full scholarship to this program.
